Rights to exclusive use of portrait images and reproduction therefrom, are reserved by Cindy Chandler Photography whether for display, publication, advertising or otherwise. All images are copyrighted.
It is illegal to reproduce any portrait image other than by Cindy Chandler Photography. Images are available for reorder for approximately 6 months from your session; however, we can not guarantee that they will be available for the entire 6 months due to storage capacity.
The only reproduction of pictures that is allowed is if the Photo CD has been purchased. Otherwise the terms and conditions in the previous paragraph apply.
I reserve the right to change the content of this site at any time without notice.
